The Auckland Local is aware that several individual complaints from members were made directly to the National Council during lasts years dispute with the National Committee.

There is a proposed settlement on the table that if agreed will be full and final settlement of any complaint, disputes or issues raised that were in any way related to the expulsions and Auckland Local dispute.

Can I please ask for those members that did make a complaint to make contact with myself via the Northern Branch Office email (auckland@nzpfu.org.nz), including a copy of said complaint by Thursday 23rd May, 10:30am.

Can you also please state whether you agree to any decision the Auckland Local Committee makes on the proposed settlement.

It is imperative that all matters are agreed to be resolved in order for full and final settlement to be reached.

Regards,

Martin Campbell

Acting-Secretary
