As a consequence of the recent Branch Elections, for the next 12 months at least, the

National Committee of the Union comprises:

Peter Nicolle   Central Branch Secretary 
Ian Wright  Central Branch President 
Jim Ryburn   Southern Branch Secretary 
Denis Fitzmaurice  Southern Branch President


The Branch Vice Presidents are:

Peter Hallett  Northern Branch 
Brent Single  Central Branch 
Mike Meaden  Southern Branch

City Rail Link Engagement

As members will be aware, several health and safety concerns were raised with Fire and Emergency by the Local with respect to the commissioning exercises undertaken at the City Rail Link.

ELECTION OF CENTRAL BRANCH SECRETARY, PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT POSITIONS

Following the close of nominations for the election of the Central Branch positions of Branch Secretary, Branch President and Branch Vice President, I received one nomination for Branch Vice President and nominations for Branch President and Branch Secretary .

ELECTION OF SOUTHERN BRANCH SECRETARY, PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT POSITIONS

Following the close of nominations for the election of the Southern Branch positions of Branch Secretary, Branch President and Branch Vice President, I had received one nomination for each position.
