Lump Sum/Backpay Breakdown

The Union is advised that this breakdown will be provided to members within the next couple of weeks. Initially, the Fire Service had intended to provide this by electronic means, but for whatever reason, this has not proved possible.

Instead it will be provided in hard copy form and delivered to your Station.

Reduced Response to Sprinklered Buildings

The only advice the Union has of this retrograde move was by Press Release distributed to the media. The Union was provided with a copy by the media.

Herewith is the Union’s media release in response.

The Committee is considering what further response is possible and appropriate.
