NZPFU Members are already joining the Protect Income Protection scheme prior to membership meetings being held in Auckland and Wellington this week and Christchurch and Dunedin next week.

The NZPFU will hold a series of zoom meetings for all other members to hear about the benefits of the policy and to ask any necessary questions from Protect representatives.  Locals will be notified of the zoom meetings shortly.

Any member that signs up for the income protection insurance in July will have their cover backdated to 1 July 2023.

Members can access the necessary information and sign up at any time.  Go to the NZPFU website and click on the resources tab or click on https://www.nzpfu.org.nz/resources/ to access the policy brochure, schedule of benefits, policy wording and to download the required authorisation declaration and direct debit authority forms which must be completed and returned to wellington@nzpfu.org.nz.

In unity,
Wattie Watson
National Secretary
