The Union is informed that as a consequence of the Notice, Management in some locations have adopted the position that because VSO’s are not specifically mentioned they can be forced to attend said training.

To make it absolutely clear – VSO’s are caught by the Notice, the simplest position is that all Union members are covered by the Notice.
